Our versatile soft-stretch hairnet benefits many uses for responsible contamination control in cleanroom, bakery & food processing and pharmaceutical product manufacturing.  It is also useful for basic isolation and infection precention in dental works, clinic offices and treatment centers.  The new 2016 version reduces the eye slot to maximize the wearer's face coverage.  It provides cool, comfortable fit and maximum coverage of the wearer's head, face and neck (more coverage than wearing a bouffant cap, a beard cover and a dust mask).   

One hundred hairnets are packed in a polypropylene bags (100pk).  Two 100pk are enclosed in a high-quality re-fillable dispenser box. 

While in a potentially hazardous environment (ambulance, waiting room, emergency room, public venue), and wearing a full protective suit is not applicable, many medical professionals only wear a face mask when treating patients with coughing and sneezing.   There is serious risk of pathogenic substances attaching on their hair and skin. Some actuclly got infected by this way.   But, there was no proper and convenient PPE for basic safety head covering.

We have developed the Soft-stretch Hairnet made from a single layer of special grade elastic non-woven fabric with S-M-S composite structure which has ultra-fine fibers and supreme uniformity of web formation.   The translucent soft-stretch Hairnet allows the wearer's face to be seen which gives a friendly appearance.

The medical professionals can have better protection by wearing our Soft-stretch Hairnet as an outer layer over a technical mask and goggles.   The hairnet can block amny droplets and particles from falling on the head, and can be removed first to reduce the risk of contact transmission. 

• It is convenient and comfortable to wear, providing coverage for the entire head, face, and neck.
• The differential air pressure (∆P) on either side of the fabric is only 1.2 mm H²O/cm².  This low ∆P allows a normal breathability and cool feeling in wearing.  It would not inhibit the wearer's beathability when layered over or under a mask or respirator.
• It has a resistance to hydrpstatic pressure of 18 cm of water.   This water repellency could be used to block airborne droplets and spit from a patient's coughing or sneezing.
• Lowest cost for effective infection prevention.

Caution: Our soft-stretch hairnet is not a substitute for more effective prevention methods and its use should be considered only when other means of protection are not feasible. While it provides a protective layer against contaminates, there is no guarantee of absolute blocking effectiveness to all airborne particles and droplets.
